• Appointment scheduling and case tracking

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Submit all requested documents in a timely manner
• Review all documents before submission to USCIS
• Understand that final decisions are made by USCIS, not by us

Payment Terms

• Payment is required before services begin
• We offer payment plans including full payment, 50% deposit, or installments
• USCIS government fees are separate and paid directly to USCIS
• Our fees cover advisory services only

No Refund Policy

ALL ADVISORY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you make a payment and services begin, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: case denials by USCIS, change of mind, delays in processing, or any other reason. USCIS government fees paid directly to the government are also non-refundable. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

InmigrationAdvisor.com is not responsible for decisions made by USCIS or any government agency. We provide guidance and document preparation, but cannot guarantee approval of any immigration application. Results depend on individual circumstances and USCIS discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
